ArrowNova Privacy Policy

ArrowNova is an arrow puzzle game provided by EpitomeHub Technologies. This policy explains information handled by the Android app and how to contact us: contactus@epitomehub.com.

Game data on your device

You can play without creating an account. Level progress, stars, garden items, daily challenge history, tutorial completion, and sound, vibration and reminder preferences are stored locally on your device. The current app does not upload this progress to an EpitomeHub game server or provide account-based cloud sync. Clearing app storage or uninstalling may remove your progress.

Advertising and consent

ArrowNova uses Google AdMob for banner, interstitial and optional rewarded ads. Google's advertising SDK may collect and share your IP address (including approximate location inferred from it), device or advertising identifiers, app and ad interactions, and diagnostic information to deliver and measure ads, prevent fraud and maintain the service. Ad availability and personalization depend on your region, consent and device settings.

Where required, a consent message is shown before requesting ads. You can revisit available consent choices through Privacy choices in app Settings. Android settings also provide advertising ID controls. Choosing not to watch a rewarded ad does not prevent normal gameplay; a rewarded hint is granted only when the ad provider confirms the reward.

Optional daily reminders

If you enable reminders and allow Android notifications, the app schedules local reminders around 9 AM, 1 PM and 7 PM in your phone's timezone. Completing today's challenge cancels the remaining challenge reminders for that day when scheduling succeeds. Android battery settings may delay delivery. You can switch reminders off in the app or Android settings. Our reminder feature does not send your schedule or a push notification token to an EpitomeHub server.

Support messages

If you email us, we receive your email address, message and any details or attachments you choose to send. We use these to respond, troubleshoot and maintain support records. Please avoid sending passwords or unnecessary personal information. We retain support correspondence only as needed to handle your request, maintain necessary records or meet legal obligations.

Sharing, security and retention

Advertising data is processed by Google and its advertising partners under their policies, and may be processed in countries other than your own. We may disclose support information where legally required or necessary to protect users and our services. We take reasonable steps to protect information, but no storage or transmission method is completely secure. Local game data remains until removed from the device; Google's retention practices apply to data it processes.

Your choices and requests

You can disable reminders, change available ad consent choices, or remove local game data using Android app storage controls. Local deletion cannot be recovered through an ArrowNova account. For access, correction or deletion of support correspondence, or other privacy rights available in your location, contact contactus@epitomehub.com. We may need information to verify and process a request.

Children and updates

We do not ask players to provide personal information to play. If you believe a child has sent personal information to us, please contact us so we can review and address it. We may update this policy as features or data practices change; the effective date above identifies the current version.
